Joe and I got all dudded up last weekend for the Teddy Bear Ball, a black tie Christmas party and auction to rise money for Duke Children's Hospital. We were both starving when we arrived--only to find that the party was hors d'oeurves only. Not a problem that several trips by the beef tenderloin table couldn't solve.
